Q. I've several files of documents and wish to merge them all into one single presentable document for presenting or e-mailing to friends. Please throw me some performing procedures? Thanks. Asked by ELGINKOH - Thu Mar 12 11:30:48 2009 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. You need to specify what kind of documents you have, otherwise it is very hard to help you. If they are simply text files then you can just copy/paste the content of all the documents into one file. If you simply want to e-mail multiple documents to your friends, then you may just need to zip your documents together, you may use an archiver such as 7-zip or PeaZip, they are both free. You need to be more specific with your questions in future. Answered by Albee - Sat Mar 14 05:47:43 2009 What should i do with some documents I never received in the mail? Q. I enrolled in the Job Corps program last November after returning after Hurricane Rita and the admissions counselor wanted some documents and I signed release forms to get my records to her. Well a month ago, I asked her what is up with the documents she received and said that the counselor will mail them to me last month so I could find another counselor in the area I could find and i never received those documents in the mail and it has been a month. What should I do? Should I start all over again with the documents? Asked by aaron_esq - Tue Sep 26 15:02:44 2006 - - 4 Answers - 0 Comments A. either way...call and ask again, and be referred to who should have them...or send them again. One thing I've learned in life is that "everything" I sign, "everything" I send, and everything important I receive, or every personal paper (including credit cards, drivers license, birth certificate, transcripts, etc.) that is important to me, I make a copy for myself before I send it into the mail or drop it off in person. Answered by sophieb - Tue Sep 26 15:10:58 2006 How do I access my documents from windows xp after upgrading to windows vista?
Q. After the installation I tried to locate previous documents and I can't find them. Does everything get wiped out during the process? Asked by Nik - Tue Sep 25 08:42:55 2007 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. Depends how you upgraded. If you did a real upgrade then stuff should have been preserved (including programs, your data etc). But Vista changes the way the data was laid out, so maybe your files are 'somewhere else' instead of in what Vista calls 'my documents'. Try using Windows Explorer or My Computer to search for your files (eg... searching for *.doc will find word documents) If you formatted the disk and installed Vista that wasn't an upgrade. Everything that was on the computer went west. Answered by bambamitsdead - Tue Sep 25 08:53:11 2007 From Yahoo Answer Search: "Documents" |
